Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.

  • Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-5 business days
  • ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However Vadira Ayurvedic takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for free domestic shipping. Expect free trial orders.
  • There is a minimum shipping charges of Rs. 50/- for any order below Rs. 1499/-. For orders Above Rs. 1499/- there is no shipping cost and the shipping is Free. However please note there may be fixed COD charges of Rs 50/- irrespective of the order amount. The shipping charges and minimum order value may change as and when if there are any offers during a certain period.

               Our prices are all inclusive.

Returns and Refunds

At Vadira Retailers pvt.ltd , we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

  • If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
  • For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
  • Vadira Ayurvedic is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms –
  • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Vadira Ayurvedic.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.

Where should customers send their products for returns?

For product returns, customers should send the product(s) to their respective fulfillment centers only. For example, if a product is shipped from the Jaipur fulfillment center, it has to be returned to the same warehouse.

Check the respective fulfillment center of the product(s) printed on the invoice, sent with the package.

For products shipped from Bombay warehouse, please return them to:

What is the refund process for Cash-on-Delivery orders?

For CoD orders, please share your bank account details with our customer service to receive your refund amount. You can write to us at vadiraayuromedicdm@gmail.com for more details.

Do you refund customers for postage expense of returning the goods?

No. We do not refund users for postage expense incurred for returning goods.

When are returns not possible?

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

  • Used products
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags and labels

 

When are refunds provided?

Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or if a replacement cannot be provided due to no stock availability. In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received at our warehouse.

I have requested a replacement. When will I receive it?

A replacement is sent to the customer when the product that needs to be replaced is returned from the customer, and courier details are shared with us. The replacement of parcels will reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.

Exchange

An exchange of unused products needs to be communicated within 24 hours  and reach our warehouse within 7  days from the date of shipment of the original order. Shipment charges of the same need to be borne by the customer. Customers need to share courier details of the products to be exchanged with us. The replacement of parcels will reach the customer within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
